Competitive Basketball, founded by Jamar Green in 2019, offers the following services:

• City-to-City Tournaments: Competitive basketball tournaments across various cities
• Youth Leagues: Organized basketball leagues for boys and girls to develop skills
• 1-on-1 Training: Personalized basketball coaching with Jamar Green
• Team Training: Group training sessions for skill development
• Merchandise Sales: Competitive Basketball branded apparel and accessories

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Age Requirements: Our programs are open to athletes of all ages. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and complete all registration requirements.

Registration: To participate in programs, tournaments, or leagues, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Parental Consent: Parents or guardians registering minors agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor and accept responsibility for the minor's participation and conduct.

Program Fees: Fees for programs, tournaments, leagues, and training sessions will be communicated at the time of registration. All fees must be paid in full before participation begins unless otherwise arranged.

Merchandise: Merchandise prices are listed on our website and must be paid at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as communicated during the registration or purchase process.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by program and will be communicated at the time of registration. Generally, refunds are provided only in cases of program cancellation by Competitive Basketball or as specified in the program terms.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension from programs or cancellation of services.

By Competitive Basketball: We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any program, tournament, or league due to insufficient enrollment, facility unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

By Participants: Participants who wish to cancel their registration must contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and any applicable refunds will be determined based on the specific program terms and timing of the cancellation.

Schedule Changes: Program schedules, dates, and locations are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

Inherent Risks: Basketball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Medical Fitness: Participants represent that they are in good health and physical condition sufficient to participate safely in basketball activities. Participants with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating.

Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants (and parents/guardians of minors) release and hold harmless Competitive Basketball, its founder Jamar Green, coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility owners from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in programs or use of facilities.

Insurance: Participants are responsible for maintaining their own health and accident insurance coverage.

All participants, parents, and spectators must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all participants, coaches, staff, officials, and spectators with respect
• Use appropriate language and behavior at all times
• Follow instructions from coaches and staff
• Arrive on time and prepared for activities
• Display good sportsmanship and fair play
• Refrain from violence, threats, harassment, or discriminatory behavior
• Comply with facility rules and regulations

Disciplinary Action: Violation of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from programs without refund. Competitive Basketball reserves the right to determine appropriate disciplinary action.

By participating in our programs or attending our events, you grant Competitive Basketball permission to photograph, video record, and use your (or your child's) name, image, and likeness for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes without compensation.

This includes but is not limited to use on our website, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), marketing materials, and other promotional content.

If you do not wish to grant this permission, you must notify us in writing at [email protected].

All content on the Competitive Basketball website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Competitive Basketball and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The "Competitive Basketball" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Competitive Basketball. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Competitive Basketball. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Competitive Basketball, its founder, coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your participation in our programs or use of our services
• Any injuries sustained during participation in basketball activities
• Any content or conduct of third parties
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to our services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Competitive Basketball regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
